1. Strict packaging and delivery procedures

We provide sealed packaging to ensure that there is no third-party contact with the goods during transportation. To protect the interests of customers, we or our delivery service providers on behalf of us may also require recipients to provide identification documents for registration (such as ID card, home visit permit, passport, or driver's license) to ensure that the goods are properly delivered to the recipient. All recipient personal information will be properly stored in our company's e-commerce department and will only be used for verifying the receipt.

2. Authorize others to pick up the goods

To protect your rights, please pick up at the designated store. If authorization is required for others to pick up the goods, the authorized representative of the consignee must present the following documents when picking up the goods:

(1) Authorization letter (please apply to us by email before picking up the goods, and we will provide it by email within one working day)

(2) A copy of the recipient's identification document with a photo attached;

(3) Copy of the credit card or debit card used for payment;

(4) Notice of goods pickup; and

(5) Identification documents of authorized representatives

If the above documents are not provided, our company has the right to refuse the authorized representative of the consignee to collect the goods on behalf of them.

3. Processing and delivery time of goods

This site closes at 9am every working day and confirms payment and arranges shipment within three working days.

Customers who self pick up through the store will generally receive a shipping notification email within 20 working days.

Due to individual payments and online coupon usage, the processing time for payment confirmation and distribution arrangements may be adjusted.
